To arouse the awareness of Nigerians on the Socio-cultural and economic benefits of urban greenery and open spaces especially parks gardens, plazas beaches, and streets in the positive societal transformation.

 

Enhance the advancement of the knowledge and skill in the art of landscape architecture as an instrument of service in public welfare.

Create an image of Nigerian Landscape through the application of contemporary environmental design principles and practices, along with traditional use of open spaces and integrating indigenous art with the modern concept of landscape planning.

"Landscape Architecture contrary to common notions as just planting flowers address a host of complex issues around social ecological resilience, the nexus of people, land, water & biomass. How to mitigate, cope with and adapt to extreme environmental phenomena as well as turning the trajectory of the way development is understood in an ever changing climate."
